THE CHALLENGE: Developing recommendations to an organization whose feasability study indicated they were not yet ready for a capital  campaign.  Jean Ohman, President of San Ramon Historic Foundation, discusses the value of working with Carsen Consulting: “Susan completed a feasibility study for preservation of Forest Home Farms Historic Park, one of San Ramon’s early homesteads.
